Corley Care is a locally owned Fort Worth care provider offering non-medical Personal Assistance Services for adults and families. Our approach is relationship-driven: we listen closely, learn the routines that matter, and shape support around the person rather than asking the person to fit a one-size-fits-all model.
Practical help matters, but so does how that help is given. We believe personal assistance should protect privacy, encourage choice, and make room for genuine human connection. Compassion, dignity, and connection guide the way we support clients and communicate with families.
Steady Support for Daily Life
Needs at home can look different from one family to another. A client may benefit from help with personal routines, companionship, dementia support, caregiver relief, an agreed overnight arrangement, or support around errands and appointments. We begin with a conversation about what daily life looks like now and what kind of help may be useful.
Corley Care serves Fort Worth and surrounding communities. Because every situation is different, we discuss needs, location, scheduling, and expectations before care begins.

Corley Care is a Texas HHSC-licensed Home and Community Support Services Agency providing non-medical Personal Assistance Services (PAS), License #024368.
That distinction matters. Corley Care does not provide skilled nursing, therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency care. Our role is to offer respectful, dependable assistance with everyday life within an agreed plan of care.

Families do not need to arrive with every detail resolved. We can listen to what is changing, what is working, and where more support may help. From there, we can discuss potential next steps without pressure.
